Description
The Pembroke has an eclectic mix of ornate and comfortable rooms. All nine are en-suite, beautifully furnished and give a nod to the pubs heritage. Breakfast is always included with your stay and in the evenings we offer seasonal dining options. First up is nole. nole produces nole pizza - hand-stretched sourdough deliciousness. With specials that change regularly, we use what’s hot and in season to create a really tasty and varied menu. Second up is our summertime Garden Kitchen. We're pretty proud of how its turned out and thankful to those who helped create it. The Garden Kitchen's asado-style grill offers fresh fish, local meat and veggies that are flame-grilled. All are served with seasonal salads and a big old hunk of salty flat bread or fluffy new potatoes. There's an outdoor taproom too for you to order a cold pint, cocktail or more. In winter this offer migrates under our heated stretch tent where we also have nole sourdough pizza and our famous pies. If you prefer something a little more traditional, our candlelit restaurant with roaring log fires is the perfect place to settle in for the evening. Our head chef, Vic, is always knocking up the best of locally sourced and seasonal dishes to the likes of rib-eye steak and sea bass. Jon and his team are here to make your time at the pub as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Let them look after you, have plenty to eat and drink, and have a chat with the locals. You’re staying in a pub, so let your hair down a little too.
