The Mendip Inn takes the concept of a great British Pub and adds an exciting, contemporary style of its own, to the food and design, without losing that sense of welcome you receive at the very best pubs. The menu at The Mendip Inn is designed seasonally by the Head Chef to highlight local Somerset produce and the fabulous flavours of the British seasons. Using locally sourced ingredients, butcher’s choice meat and the tastiest of vegetables on offer, the kitchen team support British farmers and where possible buy from artisan producers. Quality, simplicity and crafting beautiful mouth-wateringly good dishes is the foundation upon which our kitchen works. The individually designed guest bedrooms are luxurious and elegant, welcoming and above all, comfortable. All rooms are double en-suite, with tasteful, stylish décor and crisp, white linen.
