This location is perfect for leisure & you will find that the famous towns attractions like the Blackpool Tower or the Promenade & North Pier are just a stone throw away. Inside the apartments are our Emerald, Forest, Hunter & Botanical Suite. These are all designed to a modern standard & maximum comfort, designed to be finished to be high standard. The kitchen has all of the appliances & accessories you would need to call the suites a second home including microwave, oven, crockery & more! All bathrooms have a walk in shower, toilet & basin. There is a cleaning fee of £75 & a fully refundable damage deposit of £200 per apartment Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
