OPEN all year round, Newberry Beach Lodge B & B is a pebbles throw from Newberry beach, views of the beautiful North Devon Coast, Combe Martin Bay and Exmoor beyond. LOCATED OFF the main road, listen to the waves crashing on to the beach, wake up to spectacular panoramic sea views and star studied night skies. We Front directly onto the SouthWest Costal Path, ideally located between Lynton and Woolacombe. SURFERS we are under 10 miles from Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton a little further. Our home is understood to have been built in late 1800's, retaining its original stained glass bay windows, stair case and sun rise front door. The king rooms have large bay windows offering fantastic views across the bay, allowing you to lay in bed, watch the waves, whilst enjoying your morning cuppa. At low tide a labyrinthine of rock pools, caves and even an old silver mine are ready to be explored. Our main room offers a bay window with sea views, a king size bed with full ensuite Private bathroom — roll top bath & walk in shower. Our super king offers a bay window with sea views, ensuite shower room Our family SUITE offers countryside views, consisting of, behind its own entrance door, two bedrooms - a king size and two singles, benefiting from its own private bathroom with a roll top bath. Our king deluxe room offers unrivalled views of the beaches. Own private bathroom, roll top bath, this room is on our second floor. We operate a pre order breakfast system, evening meals available by prior agreement driveway for three Cars, which are parked at owners risk, we are not responsible for any damage, Please park close to the outer walls NO SMOKING/ VAPING THROUGHOUT ! please advise us of any allergies you may have ?
