The property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. This information will be emailed or sent by text to you. You are required to request late check in information. 3) PLEASE CHECK IN AND KEY-COLLECTION AT RECEPTION LOCATED GROUND FLOOR OF THE APARTMENTS: ILFORD TOWER APARTMENTS 1 Riches Road Ilford, Essex, IG1 1JH A valid credit or debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and the card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit / debit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at Check-in. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Up to £300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found. A security deposit of up to £300 is required upon arrival for incidentals, nuisance or disturbance to other guest (payable by CARD PAYMENT only) . This deposit is fully refundable at check-out subject to no damage being found or issues reported.
