Highfield House is an newly refurbished property suitable for couples (with 1-2 infants) or close family or friends looking for style, comfort and fun at any time of the year. Arranged over one floor, the ground floor apartment is elegantly appointed throughout. The living space is furnished with a compact four-seater dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a 43” Smart TV providing Freeview and access to Netflix with optional use of a DVD player. French doors lead out onto a decked patio providing a BBQ and ample seating and dining for four; an outdoor space for all to enjoy. In the well-equipped contemporary kitchen, a convection hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, sink and Tassimo coffee machine are all to hand. A small utility room at the end of the kitchen houses a washing machine and WC. The large bedroom is made up with a zip and link king sized bed (can be spit to two singles on request), 43” Smart TV providing Freeview and access to Netflix, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of draws and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. No pets are permitted on the property. There is on street parking outside the property on the opposite side of the road. It is a residential area so this is on a first come first serve basis. One travel cot and highchair can be provided on request and towels and linen are provided.
