A large 4 bedroomed detached house that can accomodate up to 6 guests in a quiet cul-de-sac with fast wifi. Children & infants welcome. Downstairs: Open gas fire in the lounge with tv, (netflix, Sky cinema, catchup tv) kitchen with washing machine/dryer, a seperate dining room & downstairs toilet. Upstairs: A super kingsize bedroom with ensuite and shower. A bedroom that can either be a double or twin. A double bedroom & a single bedroom. The family bathroom has a whirlpool jet bath. Double garage Here there is parking for two cars and also parking for a further two cars on the drive. (A total of four car parking spaces). You will have access to the whole house, but please do not use more bedrooms than are necessary otherwise an extra cleaning and laundering charge will apply. No pets and smoking only allowed in the rear garden and no parties. Outside of the house is protected and monitored with CCTV When booking, please make it clear how many beds you require made up. I charge extra per person per night for more than two people to cover the extra cost of washing the extra bedding and use of gas, water and electricity. I have had people booking for two and then allowing extra people to stay in my home for free which can cause upset to both parties when approached. Therefore please please be honest, book with the right amount of guests In your party. I do hope you understand and appreciate my standing on this. A refundable £200 deposit is sometimes required to be paid before arrival.
