BrickSage Rooms, King’s Lynn South Gate is a self-catering guest house, located in the historical town of King’s Lynn. Most of our rooms have en-suite bathroom located in a 4-storey historical terrace with family rooms and twin beds available on request. All of our rooms are individually decorated with beautiful furniture combining historical characters and modern chic. We pride ourselves with the state-of-the-art digital smart locks for contactless and express check-in and check-out any time of the day, free high-speed wifi throughout the house and garden, digital free view television with free Netflix, in-room tea and coffee facilities, mini-fridge, and hair dryer. Guests can enjoy their morning coffees or spend a lazy afternoon in our tranquil garden and have access to cooking and washing/drying facilities in our spectacular kitchen. The property is situated a stone throw from South Gate – the iconic landmark of historical King’s Lynn with three popular local pubs just a short-walk away and a good sized corner shop right next door. We are within an easy walking distance to the train and bus stations, the College of West Anglia, the local park and the town centre. Stunning Norfolk beaches and coastal wildlife reserves, beautiful historical villages and building, the Royal estate ‘Sandringham House’, Norfolk Lavender farm and visitor centre and many other attractions are only a short car/bus journey away. Children are very welcome and are welcome to play in our secure rear garden. Free off-site parking is available behind the premises and there is plenty of parking on street, most with no restrictions. We also have secure cycle storage facilities in the rear garden. We accept direct booking using credit / debit cards / bank transfers and are open all year round including Christmas and New Year. NOTE: STAIR access only
