BBC Birmingham Bed and Breakfast Cheap Hotel Accommodation

Birmingham was the BBC's first location outside London, in radio and television (1949) from their transmitter in Sutton Coldfield. After a move to Pebble Mill Rd in Edgbaston the BBC remained there for many years until 2004 when it moved to the Mailbox building in the Centre of Birmingham.



BBC radio 4 programme "The Archers" is still made in it's Birmingham studios.
